Choose a plan for your site
Plans are priced per site, so each site in your workspace can be on the plan it needs. Every new site starts on Launch, which is free. Team members, basic stats and custom domains are included on every plan, with no per-seat charges.

On both plans, a site that uses all its traffic is slowed, never taken offline and never charged extra. See Understand your site’s usage and limits.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”For larger sites or custom limits, Enterprise is priced by arrangement. Email support@cloudzyro.com to talk about it.
Move a site to Boost
Section titled “Move a site to Boost”You can do this from the site itself or from Billing. Only the workspace’s owners and admins can change plans.
-
Open the site and go to its Billing tab. Or open Billing in the sidebar, go to the Sites & Apps tab and click Move to Boost under Plans, then choose the site.
-
Click Move to Boost.
-
If this is your workspace’s first Boost site, Paddle’s checkout opens so you can add a payment method. Paddle handles payments for Cloudzyro.
-
Check the price, including any tax, and confirm.
The site restarts with more memory and CPU without going offline. It also gets Boost’s traffic allowance, versions and place in the build queue straight away.
All the Boost sites in a workspace are billed together in one monthly payment to the workspace’s billing contact. Moving another site to Boost later adds it to that payment, charging only for the rest of the current month.
Move a site back to Launch
Section titled “Move a site back to Launch”On the site’s Billing tab, click Move back to Launch, then confirm with Move back on and the date. Boost stays until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and then the site moves to Launch. Nothing more is charged for it. Changed your mind before then? Click Keep Boost.
Extras for Boost sites
Section titled “Extras for Boost sites”Boost sites can add more when they need it. Prices are plus tax.
Traffic packs
Section titled “Traffic packs”Add traffic for the current month on the site’s Usage tab, under Need more traffic this month?:
- +500 GB for $12
- +1 TB for $20
You can add up to 3 packs per site each month. They’re charged once, never added automatically, and if the site had been slowed it goes back to full speed.
CPU and memory
Section titled “CPU and memory”On the site’s Billing tab, under CPU and memory, choose more:
- Extra CPU: $8 a month per CPU
- Extra memory: $4 a month per GB
You can add up to 6 CPUs and 8 GB of memory per site. Click Review change to see what you’ll be charged now for the rest of the month and what your next monthly payment will be, then confirm. The site restarts with the new CPU and memory and stays online. If you reduce them, any unused time is credited on your next invoice.
For larger sizes, ask about Enterprise at support@cloudzyro.com.
Payment method and invoices
Section titled “Payment method and invoices”The site’s Billing tab and Billing in the sidebar show your payment method and invoices. Invoices cover every Boost site in the workspace and download as PDFs. Only the workspace’s billing contact can change the payment method, with Update payment method.
