Sign up and sign in
There are no passwords on Cloudzyro. You sign in with a link we email you, or with an account you already have at Google, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. Signing up and signing in work the same way: if there’s no account for you yet, one is created.
Sign up or sign in with an email link
Section titled “Sign up or sign in with an email link”-
Go to https://console.cloudzyro.com/login (or https://console.cloudzyro.com/signup if you’re new).
-
Type your email address and select Continue with email.
-
Open the email we send and select the link. It works once and expires in 10 minutes.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then select Send it again on the Check your email screen. To fix a typo, select Use a different email.
Now and then the page runs a quick check that you’re a person before it sends the link. If it says it couldn’t confirm that, refresh the page and try again, or use one of the other sign-in options.
Sign in with Google, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket
Section titled “Sign in with Google, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket”Select Continue with Google, Continue with GitHub, Continue with GitLab or Continue with Bitbucket, then approve Cloudzyro at that provider. You come straight back to the console.
Signing in doesn’t give Cloudzyro access to your repositories. Connecting a repository to a site is a separate step, asked for only when you do it.
The welcome step
Section titled “The welcome step”The first time you sign in, you see Welcome to Cloudzyro:
- Your name: shown to people in your workspaces and on invitations you send. You can change it any time.
- Workspace name (optional): the name of your personal workspace, where your sites live. Leave it blank to use the suggested name. You can rename it later.
- Console address: your workspace’s address in the console,
console.cloudzyro.com/<address>. It follows the workspace name until you edit it. This is permanent, so you can’t change it later.
Select Continue and you’re in.
Add or check your sign-in methods
Section titled “Add or check your sign-in methods”You can sign in to the same account in more than one way.
-
Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Your account.
-
Under Sign-in methods, find the provider you want and select Connect.
-
Approve Cloudzyro at the provider.
Connected methods show Connected. A provider only joins your account when it uses the same verified email address as your account. If it uses a different address, the console says it couldn’t be connected.
The same rule works the other way: if you sign in with a provider whose verified email matches an existing Cloudzyro account, you’re signed in to that account rather than getting a new one.
Your account page
Section titled “Your account page”Your account also has:
- Profile: change your name.
- Email: the address sign-in links and emails about your sites go to. To use a different address, email support@cloudzyro.com.
- Signed-in devices: everywhere you’re signed in right now. Select Sign out beside a device to sign it out, or Sign out everywhere else if you’ve lost a device or signed in somewhere shared.
- Sign out: signs you out on this device only. You can also sign out from the account menu.
Your account details are the same in every workspace you’re in.
Close your account
Section titled “Close your account”To close your account and everything in it, email support@cloudzyro.com from the email address on your account. We’ll confirm with you before anything is removed.
If you only want to leave or delete one workspace, you can do that yourself. See Workspaces and your team.
