Get help

Here’s how to reach us, how to check whether something is down, and how to report a site that shouldn’t be online.

Live chat in the console

Select Get help at the bottom of the sidebar in the console. A chat window opens where you can message us. We can see who you are, so you don’t need to explain which account you’re asking about, just which site, hosting account or domain.

If the chat can’t load, for example because an ad blocker or browser extension stops it, Get help opens an email to support@cloudzyro.com instead.

Email support

Email support@cloudzyro.com. It helps to include:

the site’s address, hosting account or domain you’re asking about;
what you expected and what happened instead;
any error message, copied exactly, or a screenshot.

Write from the email address on your Cloudzyro account if you can, especially for anything to do with your account or billing.

Is something down?

Check the status page: https://cloudzyro-status.statuspage.io. It shows how Sites & Apps, Web Hosting, Domains and your account are doing, any problem we’re working on, and planned maintenance.

You’ll also see it in the console. When something that affects your workspace is down or having problems, a banner at the top of the console says so, for example “Web Hosting is having problems. We’re working on it.”, and links to the details. The banner only mentions products your workspace uses, and it goes away by itself when things are back to normal.

Report a harmful site

If you find a site hosted on Cloudzyro that’s a scam, harmful or against the law, report it at https://console.cloudzyro.com/report. You don’t need an account.

Enter the Site address.
Under What’s wrong with it?, choose Phishing or a scam, Malware or a harmful download, Copyright or trademark, Illegal or harmful content, Spam or Something else.
Add Details: what you saw, and where on the site.
Add Your email if you’d like us to be able to reply (optional), then select Send report.

We look at every report.

To report spam, phishing or other abuse coming from Cloudzyro, including Web Hosting and email, email abuse@cloudzyro.com. Include the address of the site or the full headers of the email, and what you saw.
