Set up email on Web Hosting
Every Web Hosting plan includes email at your own domain, like hello@yourbusiness.com. First create the mailbox in cPanel, then add it to the apps you use.
Create a mailbox
Section titled “Create a mailbox”-
In the console, open Web Hosting and click the account.
-
Under Go straight to, click Email accounts. cPanel opens on its email page.
-
Click Create, choose the domain, type the part before the @ and set a password.
-
Click Create at the bottom of the form to make the mailbox.
You’ll use the full email address and this password to sign in from any app. The same cPanel page is where you change a mailbox’s password, set its storage quota or delete it.
The settings you need
Section titled “The settings you need”These are also on the account’s page in the console, under Email settings, with buttons to copy them.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Account type | IMAP |
| Incoming mail server (IMAP) | falcon.cloudzyro.com, port 993, SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing mail server (SMTP) | falcon.cloudzyro.com, port 465, SSL/TLS |
| Username | Your full email address |
| Password | The mailbox’s password |
Use the same username and password for outgoing mail: the outgoing server needs you to sign in.
Use falcon.cloudzyro.com as the server name, not your own domain. It works whatever your domain’s DNS, and its security certificate is always valid.
Add it to your app

-
Go to https://falcon.cloudzyro.com:2096 (also linked on the account’s page under Email settings).
-
Sign in with your full email address and the mailbox password.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- Check the username is the full email address, not just the part before the @.
- If the password is wrong or forgotten, set a new one in cPanel’s Email accounts, then enter it in every app that uses that mailbox.
- If email stops arriving, check the account’s Disk use in the console: when it’s full, email stops arriving.
